Renovated an apartment
Apartment renovated and let
Bought a run-down apartment with a friend, cleared it out and renewed it completely. Today it’s let.
- When
- 2024 – 2025 · on the side
- Role
- Renovated an apartment
Outcome
- Completely renewed and let today
Situation
An apartment where nothing had been done for decades: wooden ceilings, old windows and pipes, a bathroom with a tile border – and still fully furnished.
What I did
- Bought and cleared out together with a friend
- Organised planning, tradespeople, budget and schedule ourselves
- Renewed windows, doors, pipes, bathroom, floors and ceilings – much of it ourselves
